Frequently Asked Questions

Good nutrition cannot be achieved via a diet and does not promise you a quick fix. Think about these sessions like therapy for food, they are designed to undo what could be a lifetime of restriction and food rules and provide you with the tools to move away from the wrong advice. For some people one session is enough for them to move forward, for others they need further support. There is no right or wrong answer here and only you will be able to know how long you need. Block bookings are available upon request.

I do not promote the control or restriction of food,  the support you will receive will help you to reduce cravings, stop overeating and deal with external and emotional rules around food. There may be weight loss along the way however this is not the aim of the process, the aim is simply to help you develop a better relationship with food and your body and walk away from dieting for good.

I have a degree in Nutrition, which means I am qualified to work with anyone would like to use nutrition to optimise their health and well-being. If you would like more specialist support with dealing with an already existing complex medical condition, then unfortunately this is out of the scope of my practise and you will need to refer to a registered dietitian who will be able to support you with this further.

With the world of technology, more consultants are now going digital. I understand this may be a new concept for some and leave you feeling a little sceptical. These sessions are designed to be conducted without any physical examination and all guidance will be exactly the same as you would receive in a physical clinic. This gives you the flexibility to attend sessions from anywhere including the comfort of your own home, without having to travel to and from an office. And of course you can book a free, no obligation 15 minute discovery call to ensure I am right for you.

48 hours notice must be given for the cancellation or rescheduling of any sessions. Refunds are not available after a session has been conducted. Under special circumstances, your sessions can be held and rescheduled for a maximum of 3 months
